design team liaison
We are actively seeking an energetic, detail oriented full or part-time Design Team Liaison to answer phones, handle customer service-related inquiries, and to track work orders and product status. This person will be focused largely on workflow management and assisting the design team and must be an excellent communicator.
A background in customer service, administration or workflow management is preferred and exceptional customer satisfaction and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast faced environment are critical. This is a full or part-time, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. position that includes Saturdays.
