Michael D. Solimine

Mike is a 2007 graduate of Plymouth State University where he holds a degree in Business Management. His work experience includes various jobs for Solimine family businesses and disc-jockeying. Mike currently manages Solimine Development Corp. a real-estate development/property management company and DJs on the side.

While we renovated the building, Mike led the demolition team in the major task of creating the space which now houses our full working kitchen. He also created our original website. When he’s not working, Mike enjoys skiing, wakeboarding, and mountain biking.
